IndusTrack started in Minneapolis after seeing how many contractors were still running operations across disconnected systems.
The platform evolved by working directly with contractor customers and shaping workflows around real operational needs.
The focus has stayed the same: help the office and field work together in one system without adding unnecessary complexity.
It began with a simple problem: contractors were using too many disconnected tools.
Dispatch boards in the office. Spreadsheets for tracking jobs. QuickBooks exports for accounting. Constant phone calls between technicians and office staff. These systems worked, but they slowed teams down and made it harder to keep accurate records across jobs, sites, and equipment.
IndusTrack was created to bring those workflows together into a single platform designed specifically for contractor operations. The goal was not to build flashy software. The goal was to help service companies run the day with fewer gaps between the office, the field, and the customer record.
