Sarfaraz Bajwa, Chief Executive Officer

Over the past 15 years, combined expertise in electrical engineering with successful entrepreneurship to develop and grow technology-based businesses. Prior to founding IndusTrack in 2008, he was a founder of CR Automobile, a firm focused on exporting construction equipment to the Middle East. He has spent many years since 1994 consulting in telematics and GPS. Mr. Bajwa holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and MBA in entrepreneurship.

Allan Hansen, VP of Business Development

Mr. Hansen has extensive background in business development, program management, and managing business relations from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Served for 32 years in sales and customer service at IBM, delivering end-to-end quality IT solutions and high customer satisfaction. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and an MBA.

Tom Kelly, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kelly has more than 25 years of strategic and tactical business experience. Tom is an expert in creating on-demand operating environments that leverage the Cloud. His insights have been gleaned from years of working with companies striving to build on-demand environments that leverage the Cloud to ensure crisp and timely execution of a company's strategy. He has shifted many business leaders' perspective and assumptions about how to efficiently and effectively run a business completely in the Cloud. Tom has held senior management positions with large publicly held companies like PepsiCo and Deluxe Corporation, as well as small cap and privately held entities such as eBenX, Gearworks and PeopleNet Communications. He holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham.

Jennifer Konizny, General Council

Ms. Konizny specializes in patent and business law during her 16- year career. She has worked at 3M, Target, and Inseek IP group. She holds a bachelor's of science degree in biochemistry and a J.D. degree.
