Mr. Ulanoski has extensive background in Telematics. Recently he was involved in running General Electric telematics division. Through out his career he has held senior management position related telematics in large organization such as General Motors and Sprint.
Steven Sill
Mr. Sill has served as CEO of Aspen Equipment for past 24 years. He is intrenched in the speciality trucking and work truck market. He is also second president for NTEA (National Truck Equipment Association).
Odell Tuttle
Mr. Tuttle brings strong technology background to our team. He previously held the position of chief architect with Gearworks in Eagan, Minn. At Gearworks, Tuttle focused on building a technology platform for the company's mobile healthcare product, OnCare. His experience also includes roles in enterprise architecture and development with Digital River, Net Perceptions and Imation in the Twin Cities. Holding a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota, Tuttle also attended the post graduate software engineering program at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minn. Tuttle is a creative, results-driven technology leader with more than 15 years of experience in software engineering, architecture and technical management
Mike Trucano
Mr. Trucano spent 40 years at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He was involved in 40 plus M&A transaction for different size companies. Recently retired as a partner and now serves as senior council for Dorsey. including Gearworks and Digital River.
Denise Doll-Kiefer
In corporate finance for over 20 years, Denise Doll-Kiefer has worn many hats--from CFO to director to controller to accounting manager. As CFO of one of the fastest growing, women-run staffing companies in the Twin Cities, Denise is responsible for the oversight of all finance, accounting, and legal matters as it relates to the integrity of the control environment, safeguarding of assets, and strategic direction of the company. Denise has been recognized by her peers as a NAWBO Woman of Achievement 2009 Honoree; Finance and Commerce Top Women in Finance 2009 Honoree; and a Mpls/St. Paul Business Journal CFO of the Year Finalist 2009 in the Small Private Company category.
